Celebrate springtime in style with exceptional children’s activities and decadent dining options

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO (MARCH 9, 2017) –This Easter weekend, the hotel invites residents and guests to celebrate the most blossoming season of all with the resort’s highly anticipated brunch buffet, exciting activities and an egg hunt.

Families can gather with loved ones in Ocean Bar & Grill to experience a delicious Salsa Night Caribbean Buffet filled with traditional seafood favorites and uncomplicated island-inspired dishes. Accompanied by live musical entertainment, guests can dance the night away under the starry night sky.  Buffet-style seatings start at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 14; prices are $65 per adult and $22 for children of ages four through 12, plus tax and gratuity.

On Sunday, the hotel’s legendary Puerto Rican Easter Market Brunch will display a sumptuous spread of mouthwatering dishes at Mares restaurant.  Lavish cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere will feature a fresh handmade guacamole station; farm-fresh omelets made-to-order; a seafood raw bar; carved meats, including Puerto Rican roasted pork and Beef Wellington; and a decadent dessert station complete with fresh pastries, chocolates, fruits, and crepes to celebrate the Easter season. Adults will be delighted with unlimited mimosas and bloody marys.

The Easter Bunny Kids’ Corner is sure to delight our youngest guests with a full brunch buffet of children-approved selections and a playful corner created just for them. Families enjoying the brunch are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt hosted by The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The Easter Bunny will be on hand to meet and take photos with children, when they're not too busy hunting for eggs.

Seatings for the Puerto Rican Easter Market Brunch begin at 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 16; prices are $85 for adults and $32 for children ages 4-12 children plus tax and gratuity.

Locals and guests alike can celebrate springtime with a sumptuous meal at the hotel’s award-winning BLT Steak. The restaurant’s famous three-pound Maine-style lobster is back for one night only on April 16. Diners will once again be able to indulge in a luscious whole grilled lobster, along with specially selected side dishes. Seatings will be between 6 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. and are $74 per adult.
