Inspired by Parallel 41, Barcelona’s point of latitude, P41 is the destination for creative mixology. Hand-crafted cocktails and signature drinks are influenced by the tastes, textures and rituals of locations running along the same coordinates. From Rome and New York to Istanbul and Porto, the experiential menu transports guests on a sensual global journey.

P41 is led by award-winning Head Mixologist Diego Baud who combines the latest trends and seasonal ingredients. Their blend of creativity and minimalism crafts inspired liquid creations with immersive interactions and stories.

A global concept with a zero-kilometer philosophy, P41 uses homemade syrups, handpicked spices and products sourced as locally as possible. The boarding pass-designed cocktail menu showcases a carefully-curated list where each creation includes an ingredient from a 41st parallel destination. The very best spirits, wines and Champagnes are also served alongside a complementary dining menu.

Modern and refined, by day the bar is flooded with natural light while an original, ceramic mural by renowned artist, Inocuo, adds interest through its interpretation of the liquid journey of Parallel 41. In the evening, the atmosphere shifts. The curved central bar acts as a convivial meeting place for social interactions, while lounge seating and high tables provide more intimate gathering spaces.

A complementary space within P41, Coctelarium hosts tastings, interactive workshops and educational classes. It is where the talented team curate special events and memorable occasions. Over 700 fine wines from the carefully curated cellar harmoniously pair with the cuisine. Essential classics combine with vintages by prestigious winemakers from around the world, in celebration of contemporary wine. 

Sophisticated and tranquil, the intimate dining room is inspired by its coastal setting. A crisp white palette fuses with light wood furnishings to create a soothing backdrop, allowing
gastronomical encounters to take center stage. The Enoteca experience is
enhanced in the summer months with dining on the seafront terrace, complemented by discreet personalized service, provided by the passionate team.
