The Ritz-Carlton Club Level redefines the luxury hotel experience; combining intimacy, comfort, and exclusivity with the personalized service and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of The Ritz-Carlton. This oasis is often referred to as a hotel within a hotel, where our guests can enjoy our well-appointed, relaxed lounge environment, individual needs are taken care of by our dedicated Concierge team, and exclusive offerings are only available to our Club guests.

The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C., features The Ritz-Carlton Club Level for guests seeking a heightened level of luxury and exclusivity. As part of the Club Level experience, guests enjoy our Club Lounge, a peaceful, exclusive retreat for leisure guests and business travelers. It features a dedicated Concierge who is readily available to assist with your needs, business center services, and multiple culinary presentations and experiences throughout the day.

As a Club guest, we welcome you to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Club and the additional benefits of the Club experience throughout the hotel. Our Club Concierge team is here to help coordinate and execute every detail of your time in Washington, D.C. In Washington, D.C., individual travelers are welcome to invite an additional guest to the Club during their stay. We highly recommend inviting a guest for a cocktail before a dinner on the town or a breakfast meeting with a client.

Exciting Food and Beverage Offerings

The Club Level features an array of culinary and beverage programming throughout the day with a focus on handcrafted offerings sourcing local ingredients. Throughout the week, Club guests enjoy exclusive events in the Club, such as hand-picked selection of exclusive and rare wines paired with cheeses and passed hors d'oeuvres, curated with our sommelier and Executive Chef.

In-Room Services

Your guest room is your private sanctuary within the hotel. Club Level offers complimentary pressing of up to two garments per day, comlimentary shoeshine service, additional computer monitors, in-room fitness kit accompanied by virtual fitness classes, additional bathroom and room amenities, including Dyson Airwrap hair tool, electric toothbrush, Billie razors, and a digital luggage scale, available upon request and subject to availability.

Exclusive Experiences

Beyond the Club space, guests enjoy access to unique events and activities throughout our hotel, such as live music, private shopping, and cocktail hours with our General Manager in the Library.

Library Meeting Space

Exclusive for Club guests in Washington, D.C., individual travelers are welcome to invite one guest to join them in the Club.  An additional charge of $150 per person per day will be applied to your account for any additional guests over the age of 12, and $75 per person per day for guests 2 years of age and older. Children under age of 2 are complimentary.

When in the Club, we ask that all guests observe and maintain a relaxed and refined ambiance with appropriate dress code, refrain from audible cell phone use, and accompany any children under the age of twelve at all times.

Club guests have complimentary access to Equinox Sports Club. Adjacent to the hotel, Equinox Sports Club offers 100,000 square feet of luxury fitness with state-of-the-art equipment and a comprehensive balance of programs, including an indoor pool (see family hours on the website).

Club guests are invited to indulge in The Ritz-Carlton Spa experience and enjoy complimentary transportation to and from spa appointments at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Georgetown. Appointments are required for spa services.
