Terms and Conditions

This offer is available for new reservations only (business not currently being negotiated or contracted) made at participating hotels in Europe, Middle East and Africa between now and March 31, 2021 for stays between hotel re-opening dates and March 31, 2021.

Flexible Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations up to £20k/€20k/$20K (depending on hotel location)
  • Cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival with 0 cancellation fees, if cancelled within 72 hours, full cancellation will apply, cancellation fees may be used for a future reservation
  • For reservations of larger values, flexible terms and conditions apply, please discuss with hotel team

Terms of Offer

  • Offer not valid on previously cancelled or rescheduled groups, meetings or events. Offer not applicable on previously reserved groups and meetings business and is not valid in conjunction with citywide reservations.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
  • This offer may not be available for customers with negotiated group/ meeting rate agreements.
  • Bonvoy Points for qualifying events can be earned on all eligible revenue with the exception of taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.
  • Offer is commissionable on groups and meetings reserved through intermediaries.
  • This offer is also available to social events with a minimum of 10 rooms reserved per night, but is subject to availability. Where an event has meeting room hire with contracted Food and Beverage, the offer would apply to the actualized per person food and beverage packages (non-alcoholic) only – not the room hire. Beverages contracted on a ‘consumption’ basis are excluded.
  • All conference charges including taxes must be settled upon check-out, unless credit facilities have been agreed.
  • Subject to request and availability. Limited rooms and space available for promotion.
  • Marriott Bonvoy Members must provide his/her Member number in the Eligible Event Agreement or to the applicable Participating Property at the time of reservation.
  • In accordance with the laws of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the earning of points or miles through Marriott Bonvoy Events does not apply to government employees, officials, employees of State Owned Entities (SOEs) and those acting on behalf of government agencies, departments and SOEs when reserving an event on behalf of their employing entity, as well as intermediaries when reserving on behalf of a non-U.S. governmental entity or SOE.
  • All terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy program apply to this promotion.
  • Marriott International and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.

Triple points: With this promotion you may earn triple points based on eligible charges up to a maximum of 300,000 Marriott Bonvoy Events points per contract subject to member’s tier level.
