Wild porcini mushrooms are a rare delicacy that is high in protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, but low in fat. It is the perfect food to be enjoyed by everyone. The culinary team at Cepe prepares this treasured delicacy with fresh scallop, traditional rigatoni, juicy tenderloin or crispy sea bass to enhance its flavor.
