Combining his passion for his career and travel, Chef Iraci was also Chef de Cuisine in the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel Dubai, Come Prima restaurant; the Grand Hyatt Tampa, Florida, Amani’s restaurant; Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa Dubai, La Traviata restaurant, and Capital Hotel Dubai, La Graufette restaurant. Highlights of his career included previous stint as chef de partie of Café di Perugia and Demi Chef at Osteria Del Gambero, both in Umbria, Italy.
