Frank Li has over sixteen years of fine dining experience. He honed his skills under two great chefs, one Italian and the other, French. Chef Li received his French cuisine training under the venerable Patrick Pontoizeau, and his passion for Italian cooking from the great Napoli Chef Giovanni Terracciano, who helmed the award-winning Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai Palladio Italian Restaurant and Cepe at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street.
