In China, the origin of tea cuisine dates back to 2,500 years ago during the Qin Dynasty. Tea cuisine presents both the exquisite styles of Chinese cooking and the elegance of a tea ceremony. In April, Chef Li brings an array of tantalizing dishes, infused with the essence and aroma of spring tea, to discerning guests. Enjoy the signature “Stir-Fried Shrimp Balls with Dragon Well Tea” and “Spring Tea Egg Tartar”.
