Taxis
Taxis are accessible throughout the city and metered rate of fare is $2.50 upon entry and $.40 for each additional one-fifth of a mile.
Subway
Taking the subway is the fastest way to travel in New York City and runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The closest subway stations to the hotel are the F train at 57th street and the N,R,W trains at 5th Avenue. The subway fare is $2.00 per ride.
Buses
Buses run throughout the city 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the fare is $2.00 per ride.

Climate
• Spring – In March, the average temperatures range from the low thirties to the mid forties, April sees temperatures in the mid forties to low sixties and May temperatures range from the mid fifties to low seventies.
• Summer – Summer sees temperatures range from the low seventies to the low nineties. The weather can be very warm and humid with temperatures sometimes reaching to the upper nineties.
• Fall – September and October temperatures average in the sixties and seventies and drop to the fifties come November.
• Winter – The winter months are mildly cold with average temperatures in the forties and fifties, though at night it gets colder.
Clothing
• Spring – You’ll want to bring a light jacket or warm sweater for the cooler climate.
• Summer – Bring short sleeves and sunscreen to help with the summertime sun.
• Fall - A light jacket or warm sweater should be brought if traveling at this time of year.
• Winter – At this time of year you’ll want to bring sweaters, a coat, hat and gloves.
