Offering a modern twist on the traditional bento box, Chef Sawai Krasian created the “TLP” – Thai Lunch Plate – for Blue Rain, the signature restaurant. The “TLP” is prepared as a single serving with a selection of five Blue Rain favourites including appetizer, soup and main course. Blue Rain is situated behind the hotel’s 10 storey waterfall and offers traditional Thai food in a modern, minimalist setting. The TLP menu changes daily.
