Those opting to dine at Al Liwan can sample an array of local, regional and international specialties. The buffet spread is a selection of Oriental and Lebanese mezze, freshly prepared salads, traditional Qatari specialties, scrumptious saj and markouk breads
and an assortment of homemade moua’janat, all of which are sewed within an authentic Arabian atmosphere.
Headed by Executive Chef Hassan Abdallah, the buffet varies each day combining new specialties and regional favourite with such mouthwatering selections like roasted lamb ouzzi, mashawi mushakala; samak harra; samak chermoula and a display of fresh seafood such as seabass, red snapper; lobster; tiger prawns; hammour and salmon. At the grill station guests may feast on a selection of fine meats including beef sirloin; shish taouk; lamb kofta and marinated lamb cutlets.
