Bali Food Festival at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing

BEIJING CHINA, MAY 22, 2018 – Bali is a unique and spiritual place, it offers spectacular mountain scenery, unforgettable sunsets at paradisiac beaches, most friendly people, ancient culture and exceptional food. The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing will hold a “Bali Food Festival” from June 1 to 10 at its award winning restaurant - Aroma.

Aroma brings you exquisite Balinese cuisine from Balinese guest Chefs Arfandi Nasution and I Wayan Suyipno from our sister property The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Showcasing their skills and handcrafted range of traditional dishes to take you on a truly Balinese experience. This Food Festival is co-hosted with the Embassy of Indonesia. Guests will be able to enjoy traditional performances and enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience with authentic flavors from Bali. Such as Pork Satay, Roasted Duck with Balinese Herbs and Spices, Deep Fried Battered Prawn, Sumatera Style Beef Stew, Indonesian Style Chicken Curry, Glutinous Rice Custard with Palm Sugar and many more.

To complement your dishes with the right drink, the well-known guest mixologist Zax Wu and Hung Yi-Chung will join hands with The Ritz-Carlton Bar new Chief Bartender Jason Jia to present a series of summer cocktails. Enjoy the summer breeze with your family and friends under the starry sky at Aroma Terrace with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
