Start the day off on the right palate at Terra all-day dining restaurant which offers a blend of Mediterranean, Italian, Southeast Asian, as well as regional Chinese cuisine through a bountiful buffet with live cooking stations. “Terra” means earth in Italian, which is a guiding light for the chefs to select only the freshest ingredients to intrigue diners from early breakfasts to dinner feasts.

To quench the thirst generated from the heat of the equator’s sunlight, a variety of freshly brewed Ice Teas can be chosen from at The Ritz-Carlton Bar and Lounge, where Afternoon Tea is served. Golfers may reinvigorate with a southern favorite: the half iced tea, half lemonade drink. Detoxifying properties of the Honey Rose tea utilize antioxidants of Pomegranate Juice and Black Tea to clear one’s mind after a trying day on the fairways.

For dinner, guests may indulge in luscious Cantonese cuisine at Tin Lung Heen serving a la carte as well as traditional dim sum. Whet the appetite with savory Smoked Salmon or Duck Breast Salad, before engaging in the signature dishes which include Stuffed Whole Baked Chicken served with Wild Mushrooms and Black Truffle, Double-Boiled Sea Conch with Matsutake Mushrooms Stock “Kung Fu” style, or Marinated Boneless Beef Short Ribs in Bamboo Charcoal. Those with a sweet tooth may satisfy their cravings with a Piña Colada Cheese Cake or perhaps a traditional Mango Pudding with Coconut Sago.
