Chef Romain’s Dish of the Month

February 1 – 28, 2017 | AED 100

Romain Van Durmen was born in Tournai in 1987 and he arrived in Dubai in 2014. After attending culinary school, he worked at several major restaurants before leading the culinary team at Café Belge.  Romain is a leader from a new generation of chefs who mix influences of classic cooking with modern aesthetics resulting in refined creations highlighting the authenticity of flavors. 
This month, Chef Romain presents marinated mackerel, infused with Hoegaarden, served with pickled beets and Belgian goat cheese.

Beer of the Month

Kasteel Donker is a strong dark brown ale.  The creamy texture is complimented by a rich mahogany body, which can age for many years. We invite you to celebrate the robust flavors of this uniquely Belgian beer throughout the month of February.

Al Fresco Brunch

Every Friday, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. AED 325 including soft drinks, AED 450 with beverage pairing, AED 575 with bubbly.

Our brunch shines with a touch of vintage glamour. The classic Belgian cuisine is enriched with vibrant new live stations served sharing style and upbeat entertainment with some 1920s flair, all to be enjoyed indoors or at the air-conditioned terrace.

Every Friday to Monday between 5pm and 8pm

Guests can enjoy an extended ‘Happy Hour’ with a complimentary second beverage when ordering from a selection of Belgium’s finest beers and a choice of wines. Weekdays, 12 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Take a seat inside amongst art deco and art nouveau decor, or outside on the terrace, and be transported back to 1920s Brussels on your lunch break. Each day of the week features a different, classically Belgian offering.

Jazz Nights

Doors open at 6 p.m. with performances starting at 8:30 p.m.
