Chef Romain’s Dish of the Month

The Lost Monday Festival is a tradition which was celebrated 700 years ago. On the Monday following the Epiphany, the people of Tournai eat the famous Tournai-style rabbit.

Throughout the Month of January, we are celebrating this tradition by showcasing the delectable ‘Lapin a la Tournaisienne’ as Chef Romain’s dish of the month.

“In Tournai, to celebrate this festival properly, he who has no rabbit, has nothing!”

Early Evening Delights

Guests can enjoy an extended ‘Happy Hour’ with a complimentary second beverage when ordering from a selection of Belgium’s finest beers and a choice of wines.
