Chai Rum Dinner

You are cordially invited to a multi-sensory experience inspired by the romance of the story of Chia Rum and culinary journey presented by Chef Gavin Pera through the elements of Land, Air and Sea.

$150 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Dinner will be held in the restaurant’s Private Dining Room and includes a four-course menu paired with Chia Rums.

An order given aboard naval vessels to issue the crew an alcoholic drink in the perfect euphemism for Happy Hour at Burlock Coast. Imbibers can enjoy their choice of $6 beers, wine and cocktails and $6 bar bites.
