Eat, drink and be merry with a mouthwatering buffet the entire family will enjoy.

$95 per person, plus tax and gratuity | $49 for children ages 5 through 12, children under the age of 5 are complimentary.

NYE Chef's Tasting Menu

The menu will include a champagne toast, access to Astor Lounge and a few surprises!

Splice the Mainbrace

Monday – Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

An order given aboard naval vessels to issue the crew an alcoholic drink in the perfect euphemism for Happy Hour at Burlock Coast. Imbibers can enjoy their choice of $6 beers, wine and cocktails and $6 bar bites.
