Located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, Lai Heen is a Michelin Star restaurant that enlivens the senses. Savor innovative Cantonese cuisine in a dreamlike space with contemporary artwork, impressive hand-carvings and five elegant private dining rooms. Reflective of Macau's modern spirit, the menu features a number of signature dishes curated by Chef Jackie, such as Pan-Seared Superior Bird’s Nest with Crab meat and Deep-fried Codfish Fillet with Crispy Garlic. 

Operation Hours:
Lunch: Tuesday – Friday: 12 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Lunch: Saturday – Sunday: 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 1:30 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Dinner: Tuesday – Sunday: 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Dress Code
Ladies – smart casual.
Gentlemen – smart casual. Slippers or open shoes, sleeveless shirts, short pants are not allowed.

Children Policy
Only children aged 6 and above are permitted in the public Dining Area.
