Private Entrance
Enter an urban oasis in the heart of JBR through a dedicated separate entrance, specially designed to ensure to provide a warm welcome to your guests, with a private valet parking experience and direct access to the conference center.
Indoor Events
Adjacent to the main lobby entrance is the private entrance to the indoor conference and events center. Consisting of eight fully equipped meeting spaces, large conferences, as well as intimate meetings can take place. The meeting spaces can be split into smaller breakout rooms, and the main ballroom “Lou’lou’a” can accommodate up to 600 guests.
Outdoor Events
The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai boasts exquisite outdoor event venues that provide the perfect setting for unforgettable occasions. Impact Experiences offers on-property activities that can be incorporated in the conference agenda during lunch breaks, receptions and coffee breaks, including:
- Partnering with the hotel’s culinary team to prepare the ingredients for a regionally adapted dish for donation to a local hunger relief organization;
- Assembling school supplies and art materials in backpacks for donation to students whose academic success is threatened by poverty;
- Collaborating in teams to assemble emergency preparedness kits for shipping to a disaster relief facility or community organization;
- Designing and creating greetings and birthday cards for children in a local pediatric healthcare facility or children’s organization.

The Al Noor Training Centre is providing such a place for children with special needs, enabling them to realize and maximize their potential.
