At 6:00 p.m. every afternoon, the Valley of Mexico's sun recharges over the city's hills, ready to paint us with its emblematic sunset. The 38th floor is prepared to celebrate the tradition and joy that being Mexican represents. The masks of Huichol art are present in each of the ladies and gentlemen. The steps on the marble of the mariachi sound firm and robust, the trumpet flashes against the sun and rises above the wooden and glass terrace, while the chords of the Mexican vernacular music. The iconic bar is covered in white smoke and the aroma of palo santo. Memory and nostalgia flood our hearts and connect us with a legendary and ancestral experience. Mexico is synonymous with history, and The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City, is now part of it. “PASAJE" means the transition from earthly life to the spiritual walk, a cocktail made from smoked tequila, citrus, and guava. The aroma is present, exalting the past, present, and future of a city that has witnessed what we were and what we are.
