How can I make a reservation?

Can you help me select a treatment?
Our spa specialists are delighted to assist guests to plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which treatments can be enjoyed.
What time should I arrive?
To enhance your experience, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax in the lounge area and eucalyptus steam room.
Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you choose to shave, please do so at least six hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended before body treatments or hair removal services.
Is there somewhere to store my valuables?
Lockers are available for clothing, and it is recommended that you leave valuable items in your guest room safe or at home. Cell phones must be turned off while you are in the spa.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, but please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided before treatments.
What about my comfort?
Your experience at the spa is your time. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full service charge. Groups must provide 72 hours’ notice.
Is there a minimum age to enjoy the spa?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment. Salon services are available for all ages.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
How can I pay for spa services?
All major credit cards and traveler’s checks are accepted. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill. Payment is also accepted prior to treatment for your convenience. A credit card is required for booking.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services. In New York City, the standard is 18% to 20%.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes, you may purchase them in a dollar amount or for a particular service.
What if I have special health considerations?
When making reservations, please notify the agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa reservation agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
