Power up your water with all-natural health and wellness drops at the hydration station, and explore hundreds of virtual classes in the new Movement Studio. With Central Park just outside, running and biking are also great options, and running maps are available at the front desk.

Dumbbells and free weights ranging from five to 110 pounds and state-of-the-art cardio and resistance machines from Technogym including:

Professional guidance can make a significant impact on your workouts. Private training is available for overall fitness, yoga, Pilates and running. Sessions should be reserved with the Concierge located on the Lobby Level, or by email at 48 hours in advance.

The newest addition to the hotel’s wellness program, this studio offers virtual classes, including all the equipment you need, through FitnessOnDemand. Individual classes include yoga, HITT, barre and Zumba® from experts such as celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels.
