Virtual Event Audio Offerings:
By utilizing a Video Conference Line (I.E. Zoom, WebEx, BlueJeans, etc.), we can effectively display the program materials to your remote attendees or overflow meeting spaces. This option also allows for virtual attendees to ask live questions, speak to the room, or present remotely.
Equipment: 75” LED Monitor with Stand, Program Laptop, Power for guests. Note: Audio is through LED monitor and microphone is through laptop.

Meeting Enhancements:
(All meeting enhancements must be requested at least 3 days prior to meeting.)
Audio System with (1) handheld microphone, Additional microphones, 110” screen with ultra-short throw projector.
