Featured Treatments

Rejuvenate you

Nature Immersion

In a serene treatment room adorned with a wooden carving of the peony, a beloved motif of Nikko’s iconic shrines and temples, deep breathing techniques help to settle the mind. A skin-smoothing exfoliation prepares the body for a soothing massage that skillfully stimulates reflex points with a warm bamboo wand, easing tension. Peony-scented essential oil nourishes the skin, improving clarity and tone.

SPA rice treatment

Sake Revive & Renew

This ritual combines the age-old health benefits of vitamin-rich sake lees and rice-bran oil with modern-day ultrasound and vacuum-suction pore cleansing. Sake-lees foam made from Tochigi-grown organic rice and fresh local spring water is used to soften and brighten the skin of the back before the deeply cleansing pore treatment. Next, warm rice-bran oil nourishes the skin in full-body and scalp massages.

Futarasan Shrine Salt

Restorative Rock Ritual

Nikko’s geographic history inspires this treatment, which utilizes volcanic basalt stones as well as sacred spring water and purifying natural salt from Futarasan Shrine. Circulation is enhanced, deep-seated muscle tension relieved, and the skin both smoothed and nourished. A truly spiritual experience conceived to restore balance and harmony both physically and emotionally.

Spa Treatment

Private Onsen Experience

The ultimate holistic journey. Enjoy a tension-melting soak in your own secluded outdoor thermal pool nestled in nature for optimum relaxation before an indulgent, mindful and personalized warm essential oil massage.
