What can I do if I arrive early for my appointment?

Enjoy the environment and make the most of your spa experience. Relax and loosen up your muscles in the steam room, sauna or outdoor pool before the treatment begins. Allow ample time for your treatments and don’t try to squeeze a massage into a hectic schedule.

How should I dress for my treatment?

Ask your therapist what the appropriate attire is for your treatment. While most guests opt to undress completely for massages and partially for facials, feel free to wear whatever makes you most comfortable.

Should men shave before a facial?

Shaving isn’t necessary, but it is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your service.

How can the therapist know my needs?

Whether it’s focusing on a particularly sore neck during a massage or getting advice about problem areas during a facial, take a moment to examine how you feel and what you expect out of the treatment. Our therapists are experts in their fields and can help you make the most of your experience. Talk to your therapist before, during and after the treatment. Ask questions; tell her or him what you like or dislike (pressure, music, temperature).

What about gratuities?

Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. If you wish, gratuities between 5 and 10% are customary.
