Buffalos will not be accepting reservations for stays October 12th through November 21st to refresh the property’s unique mountain lodge décor in preparation for our busy winter season.

Offering an array of organic poultry, wild seafood and Colorado premium meats including Bison, Buffalos features seasonal dishes from regional farms and Colorado Specialties. Our culinary experience is performed over a remarkable open kitchen where the integrity of the food embodies bold and honest flavors while focusing on the purest ingredients in the Rocky Mountain region. Start your morning at our fresh Market Table, showcasing local, hand crafted ingredients or re-energize at lunch with one of our flavorful varieties of Grass Fed Burgers. At Buffalos, there is a sense of comfort and contemporary, rustic cuisine created from locally, farm-sourced ingredients blended with warm but crisp service in a relaxing environment. Beer enthusiasts appreciate the wide selection of local craft beer on draught and by the bottle. Guests enjoy beer pairings, seasonal live entertainment, afternoon and evening après ski cocktails and shared plates.

Join us for a family style night around Buffalos Communal Table every Monday. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Buffalos Communal Table is a fun way to meet new people while sharing Colorado inspired cuisine. Starting June 16, 6:30 - 10 p.m. $35 per person, $17 for 12 and under.
Market on the Mountain
Join us for a refined and luxurious twist on the Farmer’s Market. Meet local farmers, bakers and brewers to learn why these Colorado products are a step above the rest. Locally and freshly prepared lunch items can be purchased for you to savor while you enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery on our majestic outdoor terrace. Wednesdays
