Gourmet Hot Chocolate Bar
This winter, choose from three house-made flavors and over 30 toppings to craft your own après-ski hot chocolate at the new gourmet hot chocolate bar in ‘7.’
Offered 3 to 5  p.m. daily through April 1, 2012. $12 per mug; $20 per adult hot chocolate beverage. 

German Bier Tent
New for ski season: Savor authentic German brats, brews and more from ‘7’ Terrace’s Bier Tent, ideal for re-fueling between ski runs, at the base of the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift. Offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. through April 1, 2012.

Gourmet S’mores Experience
The gooey venture begins in ‘7’ with a s’mores kit containing graham crackers and a campfire marshmallow; continues with a selection of chocolates by Dylan’s Candy; and culminate with marshmallow-roasting around the Fire Pit. S’mores kits, $4; Dylan’s Candy enhancements priced á la carte.

Sushi on the Slopes
Join us in the Great Room and Buffalo Bar Fridays and Saturdays, now through ski season from 6 to 9 p.m. to enjoy a sushi bar, featuring hand rolls made-to-order by The Ritz-Carlton chefs, as well as an assortment of accompaniments and select sake. Available through April 1, 2012.
