The very name conjures up images of maharajas who knew the secrets of spectacular dining. Nirvana brings royal flavors to The Ritz-Carlton for a dining adventure rarely enjoyed outside of India. Executive Indian Chef Mahipal Singh creates a selection of these Indian recipes a virtual firework display for the palate like Masahari kebabs – made of minced meat, lamb or chicken, Shakahari kebabs for our vegetarian guests and Samudri Khazana, which includes a generous platter of succulent grilled seafood including local fish Hamour, shrimps and lobster.
