Chef de Cuisine Mahipal Singh creates a selection of these Indian recipes a virtual firework display for the palate like 'Manshari kebabs – made of minced meat, lamb or chicken, Shakahari kebabs for our vegetarian guests and Samudri Khazana, which includes a generous platter of succulent grilled seafood including local fish Hamour, shrimps and lobster.
