Plums Chef Yann Bernard Lejard brings the white truffle – Trifola d’Alba – and the Burgundy black truffle to life with an ensemble of culinary creations that will inspire your taste buds.

Add truffle by the gram to any of your A la Carte selection, or discover the artistically crafted set menu throughout the week.

On December 11, an encounter with Chef Yann Bernard Lejard gives you the chance to speak with the expert and take part in an exclusive menu tasting with perfectly paired wines.
