Primavera, the ever popular Italian restaurant offers a very exciting menu. The style reflects a growing trend towards Italian food as 'Leggero" meaning light, tasty, stylish and global – far removed from the rich sauces and heavy pastas of tradition. Choose form a wide selection of appetizers such as 'Fegato d'oca con rucola e pinoli' (pan fried escalope of goose liver) and 'filetto di cernia' (hamour fillet stuffed with mushrooms). The menu us quintessentially Italian, but the ingredients belie an original twist.
