Primavera, the Trattoria Moderna, offers a very exciting menu. The style reflects authentic Italian food characterized by two Michelin star chef Oliver Glowig. With a focus on local and seasonal ingredients throughout the menu, Primavera has unveiled a refreshing gastronomic line-up that includes staples such as home-made pasta as well as specialty dishes that spotlight an innovative fusion of Italian and local flavours. Guests to the restaurant can relish creations including Parmigiana with aubergine, zucchini and cauliflower as well as Ravioli Capresi stuffed with caciotta cheese and tomato sauce for the mains while five varieties of chocolate with liquorice semifreddo and a Napolitan tart with ricotta ice cream strawberry offer a sweet finish to a decadent experience.
