Primavera, the ever popular Italian restaurant offers a very exciting menu. The style reflects a growing trend towards Italian food as 'Leggero" meaning light, tasty, stylish and global – far removed from the rich sauces and heavy pastas of tradition. Choose form a wide selection of appetizers such as 'Fegato d'oca con rucola e pinoli' (pan fried escalope of goose liver) and 'filetto di cernia' (hamour fillet stuffed with mushrooms). The menu us quintessentially Italian, but the ingredients belie an original twist. Primavera overlooks the wide landscaped gardens of the resort and at night the views of the Manama skylines are breathtaking.
