At either a lunch or dinner in Qi - offering the best of China cuisines from seven selected regions - the Peking duck will transform the meal into an epicurean experience. As the prized duck skin is thinly carved and served table-side, the chef will share his tips on the authentic preparation of Beijing's culinary masterpiece.
An evening out at the Peking Opera will hold the audience spellbound as they enjoy a wide repertoire of performances. Simultaneous interpretation in English, French and Japanese in addition to a pre-performance visit to the artists' make-up room will leave an indelible memory.
