Andrew Yeo, Executive Chef


Chef Andrew Yeo graduated with excellence from Asia’s premiere tourism and hotel school, Singapore SHATEC. He is certified by The Culinary Institute of America in Wine & Food pairings and is recognized for his original and inventive food presentations with a distinctive style of Asian-influenced cuisine.

In 2011, Yeo assumed the role of Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common. Previously, he was Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and Chef Tournant at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort , Naples.

At the age of 24, he began his culinary expedition at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore as a cook where he worked alongside several notable French Chefs to hone his skills and knowledge in French cuisine. In 2002, he competed against other chefs for the Singapore Chaîne de Rôtisseurs and was awarded “Outstanding Young Chef.” In 2003, he moved to the United States where he's continued his career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Chef Brendan Davey

Chef Brendan Davey went to The Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. He then joined The Ritz-Carlton Club, Jupiter as a cook in 2004 where he worked with several chefs to develop his skills and knowledge in his cooking style.

In 2009, he moved and joined The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lake to further his career. In 2012, he moved to Massachusetts and joined us in The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common as a kitchen Supervisor. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of the culinary operation for the hotel, mainly overseeing the outlets including Artisan Bistro, Avery and In-room dinning. He was involved in the planning and development of the menus for the outlets. His current position is Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common.
