In keeping with the dining culture of Dubai, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) launches its Friday Brunch in Blue Rain, the hotel’s signature Thai restaurant.
Served in his familiar family style, Chef Sawai has created a five-course menu of his signature dishes which guests may re-order their favourites as many times as they like. Distinctly different, the menu includes six appetizers, soup, a selection of five main dishes plus assorted dessert, as well as the unlimited soft beverages, beer and wine, or champagne. Prices range from AED 290 to AED 420 per person, depending on the choice of beverages.
