Burns’ Night
Burns’ Night celebrates the life and work of Robert Burns, the great poet and Scottish national icon whose verses have echoed through history. Generally held around his birthday on January 25, the jovial evening typically involves munching on haggis; a reading of Burns’ Address to a Haggis, which celebrates the Scottish dish; Scotch whisky, readings of Burns’ poetry and dancing. The Churchill Bar will be honoring the occasion with free-flow Scotch and pass-around haggis.
