A reincarnation of New York's original brasserie, FOODS offers the best of the Asian and Western culinary traditions in a rustic, urban setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner take center stage as six live-action cooking stations feature a mélange of vibrant colors and fresh flavors. Each day, the ladies and gentlemen of FOODS’ culinary team present an innovative collection of dishes that fill the restaurant with heady aromas and tantalizing hints at the delicacies which lie in store for intrepid diners.

Chinese Valentine's Day Buffet
Chinese Valentine’s Day celebrates the eternal romance of Zhinv and Niulang, two lovers separated by the Milky Way. Once a year, on the seventh day of the lunar seventh month, magpies fly into the heaven and form a bridge so the two can reunite for a day. Create your own romantic tale at FOODS restaurant, where unlimited oysters are available as the star feature of the buffet, complemented with free-flow sparkling rosé wine. Couples can also take silhouette photos, hang blessing wishes on the wishing tree and end the memorable evening with a macaroon flower to take away.
