Gordon Guo, the Executive Chinese Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, is well known as a master in “collecting food ingredients”. Every dish he cooks is unique and is full of surprises and expectations. Looking at his menu, you will find no ingredients that you often hear of or see. It is his constant pursuit of unique ingredients and his strict selection process, combined with his consummate cooking skills, which gave Lai Heen a refreshing look soon after his arrival. His imaginative mind and creative thinking are fully demonstrated in his new menu, “Natural·Lai Heen”.
