M bistro’s Chef de Cuisine Emily Dillport says, “Cooking is my true first love.” In her late teens, Dillport used to drive from Orlando to New Orleans to eat at her favorite restaurants after working an all-night shift. She then worked at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas where she learned to prepare fresh fish and produce. The M bistro menu is inspired by her dining adventures in New Orleans and her time on the islands. Signature menu items include Bananas Foster French Toast, Cajun Benedict, Red Beans and Rice Hummus, Tuna Tartar, Jambalaya Fritters, BLT, Chicken and Waffles and Surf-n-Turf. Menu items change regularly. Reservations are recommended and jackets are not required.
Special reservations are available at the chef’s table in the kitchen, one of three velvet-draped cheaters’ booths and the semi-private wine room. M bistro Restaurant
M bistro’s Chef de Cuisine Emily Dillport says, “Cooking is my true first love.” In her late teens, Dillport used to drive from Orlando to New Orleans to eat at her favorite restaurants after working an all-night shift. She then worked at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas where she learned to prepare fresh fish and produce. The M bistro menu is inspired by her dining adventures in New Orleans and her time on the islands. Signature menu items include Bananas Foster French Toast, Cajun Benedict, Red Beans and Rice Hummus, Tuna Tartar, Jambalaya Fritters, BLT, Chicken and Waffles and Surf-n-Turf. Menu items change regularly. Reservations are recommended and jackets are not required.
Special reservations are available at the chef’s table in the kitchen, one of three velvet-draped cheaters’ booths and the semi-private wine room. Dinner reservations are recommended and jackets are not required. Daily: Breakfast 6:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., Lunch 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Dinner 5:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

The Davenport Lounge
The Davenport Lounge, adjacent to M bistro, is a vibrant gathering place with wine and champagne by-the-glass both day and night. The lounge’s menu also includes classic New Orleans cocktails (Sazerac, Bloody Mary, Mint Julep, etc.) and appetizers. Live entertainment by Grammy award-nominated entertainer Jeremy Davenport is offered on Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Guests and visitors enjoy Davenport’s Rat Pack stylings every weekend.
Apothecary Bar
Spa-goers can select herbs and essential oils to enhance the healing effects of their spa services from the newly enhanced spa menu that launched in 2010.
Afternoon Tea
Located on the third floor lobby level, guests can enjoy Afternoon Tea Wednesday through Sunday, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Harpist Cathy Anderson sets the mood on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (504) 670-2828 or
