This means that you can rest assured that upon arrival, a room will be

provided. In those rare instances when you arrive at the hotel you've

confirmed and a room is not available, The Ritz-Carlton will provide

a room at a comparable hotel, pay for your first night's stay,

transportation to that hotel, and a telephone call to inform others

of your change of hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is a pet-friendly hotel.  Prior to your arrival, order a Ritz-Carlton pet bed along with dog tags, chew toys, bowls and designer collars as well as leashes.  Make your pet feel at home at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. 

We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay and a waiver form must be signed upon arrival.  All pets must weigh 40 pounds (18 kilos) or less.  Additionally, pets are only allowed in the lobby and hallways.  Leashes must be utilized at all times.
