For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may find helpful in choosing the types of treatment that best meet your individual needs or desires.
What about payment for spa services?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks. You may also charge spa services to your hotel bill or member account. Please present vouchers and gift certificates at the time services are rendered. Discounts do not apply to spa and salon promotions, special events or holidays. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What about gratuities?
For your convenience and ease, a 20% service charge will be applied automatically to all spa and salon services. Service charges are included in spa package prices. Additional gratuities are at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us six hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full treatment price. Spa package cancellations require 24-hour notice.
Is there a minimum age?
Guests of the spa at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans must be 18 years of age or older to receive spa services. Salon services are available for all ages. Junior guests must be accompanied by an adult during their spa visit.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify your Spa Reservations Agent when booking your treatments if you have allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns.

We encourage you to make reservations one week in advance by calling 504-524-1331. Our Spa Reservations Agents are available to help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.
