We have compiled a brief portfolio of information to assist you in the beginning stages of planning the many details of this momentous occassion.
~Wedding Coordination~
Our catering department is staffed by wedding professionals and is divided into two segments, both to provide you with the utmost attention to your wedding plans. Our first segment is our sales team who will meet with you and discuss all of your possibilities for your special day. Our second segment will accompany you through your wedding day allowing you a smooth and flawless planning process. Should you require extensive outside support, we are happy to recommend local wedding coordinators to further assist you.
~Menus~
Our a la carte menu selections will allow you the freedom to personalize your wedding meal to suit your needs. If you do not find a particular item within our menu, please ask your catering service manager and the Chef will be happy to accommodate your request. Pricing is based on a per person basis and an estimate will be provided upon meeting with your catering sales professional.
~Beverages~
Enclosed you will find our cocktail menus as well as our wine list to enhance your menu selections. Beverages may be charged at a per person price or on a per drink consumption basis. These options will be fully explained to you by your catering sales manager.
~Tax and Gratuity~
A 21% taxable service charge and 7% sales tax will be added to all food and non-alcoholic beverages. A 21% service charge and 10% local beverage tax will apply to all alcoholic beverages. Prices, Service Charges and Sales Taxes are subject to change.
~Deposit and Payment~
To secure your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Your initial deposit is 15% of your food and beverage revenue minimum, exclusive of tax and gratuity, and is non-refundable. An estimated payment in full is due one week prior to your wedding accompanied by a credit card to guarantee any outstanding balance. A schedule of payments will be outlined in your contract. Guarantees Your final number of guest attendance and completed floor plan is due to the catering office three business days prior to your wedding.
~Ceremony and Rehearsals~
You may arrange to have your ceremony in a private room. A ceremony room fee will be assessed based on the room utilized. A ceremony rehearsal will be coordinated and conducted by your catering service manager.
~Bridal Suite and Guest Room Reservations~
We are happy to provide a complimentary suite for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night. Should you require overnight accommodations for your out-of- town guests, a number of rooms may be reserved in the name of your wedding. For your convenience reduced rates will be offered. Please inquire with your catering sales manager for further detail.
