What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the 50% service fee. No-shows are charged at full value.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by calling 56-2-4737548 or at extension 2148.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Desk Agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
How do I know if a certain treatment will damage my skin?
At The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago, therapists have all the knowledge requiered to serve you in the best way. Before submiting you to any of our treatments, there is a pre-study of your kind of skin so to identify products that may harm you. A therapist will never agree to give you a treatment if it is harmful for your health.
Are children accepted in the Health & Fitness Center?
Children are very welcomed to join us in the Health & Fitness Center accompanied by parents. Parents are totally responsible of their safety and well being specially around the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Children under 14 years are not allowed to have treatments, specially massage for their bones and muscles are still fragile. In the case of Facial Treatments it depends on the child's type of skin.
Is there a personal trainer who can help me with my exercises?
In the Fitness Center there is constantly a Personal Trainer that will help you with your exercises, specially those that include weight. As your health is the first thing we have in mind, are Trainer will prepare you a rutine based in your physical condition.
