For those with an appetite for coastal flavours, the chef’s culinary brilliance is highlighted with dishes on the menu such as the fisherman’s platter. Exquisitely decorated tent at Al Dasha ‘s ballroom features private Majlis seating, flavoured Shisha, and live entertainment. Comfortably accommodating up to 200 guests seated in traditional Majlis settings, guests may look forward to a buffet spread like non other. This feast for the senses includes carving stations and over 45 different dishes from cuisines of the region as well as a varied array of fresh salads and tempting desserts. All implemented with live entertainment performed by “Al Awtar Al Dahabiya” Band from Morocco.

This year Sharq Village and Spa introduced an extravagant Eid buffet will be served at Ramadan Tent at Al Dasha Ballroom during the first three day of Eid AL Fitr beginning at noon. Executive Chef Hassan Abdallah and his team showcases a selection of oriental delicacies includes over 35 appetizers, such as Lebanese mezzes, freshly baked breads, crisp salads, a sushi and sashimi station, grilled seafood and meats, and mouth watering selections of hot dishes including whole ouzzi lamb,.
