Meet Iside, a Michelin-Star Chef, at Cépe

From October 25 to 29, The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street presents the most exciting dining event in the city, a gourmet feast featuring Guest Michelin-Star Chef, Ms. Iside de Cesare. She will be coming to Cépe to indulge local gastronomes with her creativity and Italian cooking philosophy. This autumn, embark on an authentic Italian culinary journey at Cépe.

Iside de Cesare is a talented Michelin-star chef from Rome who began her career at a pizza restaurant while studying engineering. However, like the lady chef she admires, Nadia Santini, she eventually chose to be a chef rather than an engineer. Exuding feminine elegance, Chef Iside is a creative chef whose achievements have been crowned with the prestigious and well-deserved Michelin star. Her biography is characterized by several years of working beside chefs of the caliber of Gualtiero Marchesi and Heinz Beck.

Presently, Chef Iside is a resident chef at “La Pariolina,” a unique restaurant she owns with her husband in Trevignano, an idyllic tiny village near Viterbo. Every now and then, she leaves this enchanting place located in the northern part of Lazio region to travel the world and delight international palates with her dishes. She is strongly inspired by her Italian roots, and although she often uses classic Italian ingredients, her creative cuisine is characterized by innovation, freshness and experimentation. The menu tailor-made for Cépe reflects her cooking philosophy of instinct, passion and respect for nature and the ingredients.

Meanwhile, in cooperation with Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Pechino, Cépe will be exhibiting the art pieces of famous photographer, Mr. Roberto Goffi, and well-known designer, Mr. Stefano Giovannoni, during the promotion. Do not miss this exclusive journey of Italian culture and culinary arts.
