Sommelier’s Selection

Our sommelier’s choice of beverage for the month is  ‘Barbar’, a strong blond ale, infused with fair-trade honey and pours a slightly hazy golden colour, with a generous white foam cap.

CHEF MANUEL'S SUMMER SELECTION

Chef Manuel’s braised lamb shoulder is prepared using both moist and dry heat over a 12-hour cooking period to create a succulent ‘fall-off-the-bone’ dish, accompanied by sundried tomato polenta, beets, parsnips & port jus.

AED100 throughout July.
