BLT Market highlights the best of Hawaii's regional and seasonal offerings. The all-day menu focuses on fresh ingredients from local purveyors and Hawaiian farmers. Helmed by Executive Chef Johan Svensson, the open-air restaurant offers a global technique and finesse that highlights the best of Hawaii's bounty.

Serving: Breakfast, Lunch, Pau Hana (Happy Hour) and Dinner   

Hawaii’s debut outlet of Dean & DeLuca features a restaurant-quality market with gourmet foods to enjoy onsite or in the comfort of your resort residence. A second-floor wine bar features a well-curated selection and overlooks Honolulu’s renowned Waikiki Beach. 

Sushi Sho restaurant, led by renowned chef Keiji Nakazawa, makes its US debut at our Waikiki Beach resort. An impressive sushi counter and sake selection round out the offerings.
