A daily menu highlights the best of Hawaii’s regional and seasonal ingredients at our all-day dining restaurant. Weekend brunch and specialty tea and late-night menus are also offered.

Hawaii’s debut outlet of Dean & DeLuca features a restaurant-quality market with gourmet foods to enjoy onsite or in the comfort of your resort residence. A second-floor wine bar features a well-curated selection and overlooks Honolulu’s renowned Waikiki Beach. 

Sushi Sho restaurant, led by renowned chef Keiji Nakazawa, makes its US debut at our Waikiki Beach resort. An impressive sushi counter and sake selection round out the offerings.
