The acclaimed Sushi Sho is now open, debuting its first location outside of Japan at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. Keiji Nakazawa, Tokyo’s most influential sushi chef, is famed for his mastery of the techniques of the ancient Edo sushi masters. At Sushi Sho, Chef Nakazawa is places a large emphasis on delivering maximum taste and pleasure through proper pairings of varying temperatures of rice seasoning to more than 40 different types of fresh fish. Sushi Sho’s current flagship restaurant is located in the Yotsuya neighborhood of Tokyo.
The 10-seat restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach is open Monday through Saturday for omakase style dinner, where each course is selected by the chef.
Monday – Saturday (Closed on Sundays)
5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
First Seating: 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Second Seating: 8 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
$300 per person (excludes taxes and beverages)
Reservations are taken daily from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. by calling (808) 729-9717. A credit card must be provided to secure the reservation.
A cancellation fee of 50 percent of the per person cost will be charged to the credit card on file if the reservation is canceled on the day of the reservation.
No children’s menu is available. Guests 13 years of age and over are welcome to dine at the restaurant.
