Balance out your weekend of festivities in sunny South Beach by utilizing the world-class fitness center located on the third floor of the hotel beside the Spa. Open 24-hours a day seven days a week, the recently renovated facility features the latest in weight training and Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bicycles; all equipped with cardio-theatre personal flat screen televisions programmable in fifteen different languages. For guests who prefer a more personalized workout, boot camp classes and yoga sessions on the beach are also available by appointment.

Group Wellness and Fitness Classes

Yoga
Designed to improve balance, coordination strength and flexibility. Withdraw from the pressures of daily life and become comfortable with your own mind body practice.

Bootcamp
A fun outdoor work out which alternates aerobic exercises with strength and flexibility moves using light weights.

Meditation
A mindfulness meditation session designed to promote a state of relaxed awareness and focus.
