Primavera, also known as the "Trattoria Moderna", offers a very exciting and traditional menu. The style reflects authentic Italian food characterized by the two Michelin starred chef, Oliver Glowig. With a focus on local and seasonal ingredients throughout the menu, Primavera has unveiled a refreshing gastronomic line-up that includes staples such as home-made pasta as well as specialty dishes that spotlight an innovative fusion of Italian and local flavors. At the restaurant, guests can relish creations including Parmigiana with eggplant, zucchini and cauliflower as well as Ravioli Caprese stuffed with caciotta cheese and tomato sauce for the main courses while five varieties of chocolate with liquorice semifreddo and a Napolitan tart with ricotta ice cream strawberry offer a sweet finish to a decadent experience.
Chef Oliver Glowig’s creative menu for Primavera is based on a reinterpretation of the Italian traditions.
