From the 14th to the 21st of April 2014, The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya will celebrate for the first time, the high holiday of Passover, one of the most important Jewish festivals. The hotel has crafted a unique experience for guests in the timeless luxury setting of the Ritz-Carlton and the mesmerizing ocean views of Herzliya.

Chef Yonatan Roshfeld has designed a special menu, that comply with the dietary laws of Passover, using the highest quality of local ingredients and contemporary culinary skills. On Passover eve, known as the Seder night, delicious culinary creations will be served in the Ballroom and at The Herbert Samuel restaurant that overlook the glittering Herzliya Marina. Guests will be able to enjoy an extravagant five-course menu comprised of sophisticated takes on well-loved traditional Passover staples, such as a white fish sashimi with beetroot horseradish, chicken soup with matzah-balls and Lamb from the Golan Heights. Pastry chef Shlomi Palensya, who is known already for his outstanding desserts, will create delicate pastries and cakes to extraordinarily high standards using his experience in kosher cooking.

Passover Eve Dinner takes place on the 14th of April. $290 per adult, $180 per child, free up to the age of four. The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya itself offers an unsurpassed Passover holiday experience.
