When should I arrive for my scheduled appointment?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we encourage you to arrive 45 min before your scheduled treatment to allow time to relax and experience our water facilities. Our water facilities are public, swimsuits should be worn.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
 

What if I have a special health condition?
Please notify the spa reservations agent or your therapist if you take medication or have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant. Before treatment, your therapist will ask you to complete a confidential Health questionnaire.

What if I am pregnant?
While a few services should be avoided during pregnancy, there are treatments that can be enjoyed.

How do I make an appointment?
Spa reservations agents will reserve treatment times and assist with selecting treatments during hours of operation (subject to change):

  • Spa: 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Treatments: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Fitness: 24h

We encourage you to reserve treatments at least 5 days in advance. 

If you prefer a male or a female therapist, please make your gender request when scheduling your treatment.

When is the fitness center open?
Fitness center is open 24h, seven days a week and is accessible with your room keycard. Please ask at Spa Reception about the weekly activities provided.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing or disposable underwear is suggested. However, please wear whatever is most comfortable for you. During all treatments the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on and selected treatments where the protocol invites to work on the whole body in one time.
 

What is age restriction?
Guests of the Spa must be at least 18 years of age or older to experience Spa treatments and Rituals. We do offer special Spa treatments for under 18 (teens) but must be accompanied by an adult at all time and a disclaimer should be filled and signed by the person responsible. Hairdressing services is available to guests of all ages.

May I use the Spa without booking a treatment?
The full use of all spa facilities is included with the purchase of a spa treatment for that day. Hotel guests can also experience the Water facilities (Hydrotherapy pool, Turkish hammam, sauna, herbal steam, ice cabin, cold plunge pool, kneipp walk and world of showers) without having a spa treatment for a 25 € entrance fee.

What is the Spa cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or change your Spa appointment, please notify us six hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellation of a program or journey requires twelve hours’ notice.

Where may I place my personal items?
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you are guest in-house, please leave valuable items in the safe in your room. Lockers are available to change in the Spa. Linen and disposable flip flops are provided.

How may I pay for my treatments?
A 7% of IGIC taxes will be added to your bill. Spa services can be charged to your hotel bill. All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

Please present vouchers, gift certificates or any loyalty cards at the time your services are rendered.

Discounts do not apply to Spa packages, promotions, special events or holidays. Gift certificates are available. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late for your scheduled treatment will simply limit the time of your treatment. It will end on time so the next guest is not delayed and the full value of your service will be charged.
