General Information

When do I need to tell The Ritz-Carlton exactly how many guests will be attending my wedding?
Your representative from The Catering Sales department must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function at least two weeks prior to the event. This will be considered a guarantee, for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend the function. However the minimum guarantee would not go lower than what was mentioned during the contract signing.

Does the wedding couple get a complimentary room for the wedding night?

The hotel provides a complimentary guestroom for the bride and groom on the night of their wedding.

For family and friends of the wedding party, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore will be happy to quote preferential rates for the week of the event.

What weather should I expect at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore?

Bangalore has 3 seasons:

  • Winters (November to February) are the coolest period with temperature falling near to 10°C. It is the best period for sightseeing and roaming around the Bangalore city.
  • Summers (March to May) are very pleasant in Bangalore. It offers mild warm climate with a maximum temperature of 36°C even in summers and due to this the city has the privilege of being considered as a summer retreat.
  • Monsoons (June to August) are south-west monsoon periods; a windy season with mild to heavy rains. September to October offers North-West monsoon with rainy days.

Can food or beverage be brought in from the outside?
All events at The Ritz-Carlton are catered by our exceptional culinary team. As per government regulations, outside beverages are strictly not allowed and has to be bought from the hotel.
