Where can I keep my valuables? Lockers for personal items are available for all visitors to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, although hotel guests are encouraged to leave valuables in their guest room safe for additional security.
What if I have special health considerations? Please notify your Spa Reservation Agent of high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or pregnancy when making your reservation. In the case of pregnancy specifically, many treatments and services may still be enjoyed. Alcohol consumption should be avoided before, during and after treatments as well as prior to and during the use of sauna, steam room and soaking tub facilities.
Are bathrobes provided? Disposable undergarments, bathrobes and slippers are provided in pre-treatment lounges for ladies and gentlemen. During treatments, guests’ bodies are fully draped except for the area receiving attention.
