How do I make a reservation?
You can book your treatment online through our website, by calling the spa directly, or through the hotel concierge. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
What should I wear to the spa?
Comfort is key. Robes, towels, and slippers are provided upon arrival. For treatments, we suggest wearing what makes you feel most at ease.
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time to check in, unwind, and enjoy the relaxation lounge in both the ladies’ and gentlemen’s areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee; no-shows are charged in full.
Can I use the spa facilities without booking a treatment?
Access to spa amenities (such as the sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge) is complimentary with any spa treatment. Day passes may be available for hotel guests—please inquire at reception.
Are spa services available to non-hotel guests?
Absolutely. Our spa welcomes both hotel and non-hotel guests. We encourage non-residents to book early, especially on weekends.
Is there a minimum age requirement for spa access?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments or access spa facilities. Salon services are available for younger guests when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Should I tip my therapist?
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion. A 15–20% tip is customary and deeply appreciated for excellent service.
Are your treatments suitable for pregnant guests?
We offer specially tailored treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate you appropriately.
What products do you use during treatments?
We use premium, results-driven skincare and wellness products chosen for their quality and efficacy. If you have sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time.
